Account Deletion Policy

For Umoja Pharmacy Application

Steps to Request Account Deletion

To request the deletion of your account, please follow these steps:

  1. Open the Umoja Pharmacy App.
  2. Navigate to the Settings section.
  3. Select Account and then Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your request by following the on-screen instructions.
  5. If you encounter any issues, you can contact our support team at support@umojapharmaceuticals.co.tz.

Note: Optionally You can send a request for your Account and Data Deletion to the email accounts@umojapharmaceuticals.co.tz

Types of Data Deleted

When you request the deletion of your account, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Personal information (e.g., name, email address, phone number)
  • Account settings and preferences
  • Usage data and activity logs

Data Retention

Some data may be retained for a certain period due to legal or regulatory requirements, including:

  • Transaction records (retained for up to 3 years for accounting purposes)
  • Communication logs with customer support (retained for up to 6 months for quality assurance)

Once the retention period has expired, all data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
